Layout Spacer

The layout spacer is used to fill empty space in the layout control. For example, if several lines with 2 columns (each 50%) are used in the layout control. In the last line, however, is only one control, then a spacer can be added at the end to fill the space. So the last Control occupies only 50% of the width and not the whole line.
